Bashkiria budget revenues decreased by 22.7% for 1st quarter of 2019

In the first quarter of 2019, the consolidated budget of the republic received 42.4 billion rubles in tax and non-tax revenues with a decrease of 12.5 billion rubles or 22.7 percent from the corresponding period of 2018. It was reported by the Interim Minister of Finance of Bashkiria Lira Igtisamova at a briefing session in the Government of the republic.

Recall that in March 2018, Bashneft transferred income tax in the amount of 16.5 billion rubles to the budget of Bashkortostan. It was this amount that influenced the volumes of revenues to the treasury of the republic.

Interdepartmental commissions at the administrations of cities and regions were created to increase the collection rate. Thus, with their direct participation, the debt was repaid or written off and additional taxes in the amount of 1.15 billion rubles were paid in the first quarter of 2019. However, in sixteen districts and two cities, the commissions for the legalization of taxable objects showed zero results.

Radiy Khabirov instructed to hold a separate meeting on this issue with a personal report by the heads of municipalities who allowed low tax discipline.
