Volume of loans issued to Bashkortostan entrepreneurs rose to 106.3 billion rubles

A special session was held for small and medium-sized businesses in the National Bank of Bashkortostan within the framework of the current Business Week. Participants in a direct dialogue discussed the measures of financial support for small and medium-sized businesses.

Experts talked about existing and planned business support measures laid down in the “Small and Medium Entrepreneurship, and Support for Individual Entrepreneurial Initiatives” national program developed to achieve the goals of the May decree of Russian President Vladimir Putin.

Thus, to solve the problem of the high cost of loans for entrepreneurs, which is due to higher credit risks, special programs exist in the country and the region.

Among them, there is a program of the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia and the “SME” Corporation, according to which authorized banks, including “SME Bank”, issue concessional loans for small and medium-sized entrepreneurs at a rate of no more than 8.5%. The list of such banks operating in the territory of the republic has expanded, and now there are fifteen of them.

There is a “Program 6.5”, under which the Bank of Russia applies the policy of stimulating banking regulation and provides resources to banks under the guarantee of the Corporation “SME” on preferential terms - at a rate of 6.5%. In turn, banks issue loans to entrepreneurs at rates of 9.6-10.6%.

As reported at the meeting, the total amount of loans provided to small and medium-sized businesses of the republic last year amounted to 106.3 billion rubles. It is 6.2% more than in 2017.
