15 helicopter pads will be built in Bashkiria within "Health" national project

UFA, 29 April 2019. /Bashinform News Agency/ translated by Tatiana Aksyutina/.
In Bashkiria, 15 helicopter landing sites will be built within the framework of the primary health care development program of the National Healthcare project. This was announced today at a meeting in the government in the “Transport Hour” format by the head of the State Transport Committee RB Timur Mukhametianov.
Seven sites will be located in Ufa. Their locations are at the Republican Perinatal Center, City Clinical Hospital No. 18 (Burn Center), Friendship Monument, Congress Hall, Southern Entrance to Ufa, the Biathlon Sports Complex, near the Nur Theater.
Eight sites will be created in the region: in Neftekamsk, Askino, Baymak, Sibay, Oktyabrsky, Mesyagutovo, Sterlitamak, Beloretsk.
The site is built in one month, its cost is about 2 million rubles. It will take two months to carry out cadastral works on the land plot; their cost is 30-50 thousand rubles. Total, only the construction of pads will require 30 million rubles. The program is financed by the federal budget. Maintenance of one pad will cost about 960 thousand rubles a year.
Heliport Ufa LLC, specializing in helicopter servicing, offered its services for the project implementation. In exchange, the company plans to get a contract for site maintenance. However, as it turned out, the company was not ready to work with the sites in the regions. In this case, cooperation will not work out, the Acting Head of the Republic Radiy Khabirov said.
Heliport LLC was asked to make a work plan and give a final answer at the next “Transport Hour” session.
At the moment there is a helipad in the republic at the "Ufa" airport. The air medical service is provided by the An-2 aircraft, the use of which is very limited, and by the Robinson helicopter, which is not equipped with a medical module.
