Bashkir Concession Company plans to place bonds worth 10 billion rubles

The Bashkir Concession Company plans to place three bond issues with collateral cash claims totaling 10 billion rubles, the issuer informs.

The company plans to sell five million A1 class bonds, three million A2 class bonds, and two million A3 class bonds by closed subscription.

The nominal value of one security of the issue is 1000 rubles. The bonds are intended for qualified investors by private offering. The circulation period is 15 years.

On April 15, 2019, the Bank of Russia decided to resume the emission, state registration of issues and registration of the issue prospectus. The state registration numbers 4-01-00462-R, 4-02-00462-R, and 4-03-00462-R were assigned to the securities issues.

The Bashkir Concession Company is implementing the Eastern Exit project from Ufa to the federal highway M-5 Ural. The total length of the project is 13.8 kilometers, including the road tunnel - 1.2 km. There are two directions in two lanes in each direction. A bridge over the river Ufa length 472 meters with six pillars, five spans with a maximum length of 126 meters are included in the project.

The project envisages an overpass after the Ufa River - 2.1 km, which will have 66 pillars, 66 spans, and a span length will be 33 meters. The highway from the overpass to the federal highway M-5 “Ural” is 9.9 kilometers. The estimated road capacity per day - 22 thousand 700 cars.
