Ufa ranked fifth among major cities in prices growth for "secondary housing"

The capital of Bashkortostan took fifth place in the rating of major cities of the country in terms of the rise in prices for secondary apartments in the first quarter of 2019. Such data are given by the real estate website Domofond.ru.
Compared to the same period in 2018, the cost of one square meter in the secondary housing market grew in Ufa by 4.4% and reached 71.4 thousand rubles.
During this time Kazan showed the maximum growth - plus 8%, or 81.3 thousand rubles per square meter. According to experts, in the capital of Tatarstan, the price level is close to the Moscow region. Thus, in the Moscow region, an average of 82.7 thousand rubles against the "Kazan" 81.3 thousand rubles is asked per square meter.
St. Petersburg is in the second place of the rating, where the cost of secondary housing increased by 5.3% over the year and amounted to 129.8 thousand rubles per square meter.
Krasnodar closed the top three with an increase of 4.9% - 58.3 thousand rubles per square meter.
Novosibirsk is in fourth place. Prices for secondary apartments became more expensive by 4.8% and reached 70.7 thousand rubles per square meter, compared with the first quarter of last year.
The ten major cities, which showed a noticeable trend in the growth of prices for apartments on the secondary market, also included Krasnoyarsk, Moscow, Perm, Voronezh, and Nizhny Novgorod.
Concerning the prices growth for secondary housing in the regions in the first quarter of this year, the first place was taken by the Republic of Tatarstan. The secondary housing here has risen in price by 6.6%: from 58.2 to 62 thousand per square meter.
The second place with a growth of 5.6% was taken by the Stavropol Territory. During the quarter, the cost per square meter increased in the region from 40.9 to 43.2 thousand rubles per square meter.
The Sakhalin region is in third place. If in the first quarter of 2018 a square meter on the island cost almost 96.4 thousand rubles, then in the first quarter of this year already 101.7 thousand rubles.
In Russia as a whole, the average cost per square meter in the secondary housing market, according to the Domofond.ru, increased in Q1 2019 by 3.1%.
If at the end of 2018 the price of a “square” reached 62.3 thousand rubles, in the first three months of 2019 it was about 64.2 thousand rubles. Of the 83 regions included in the study, the price increase was recorded at 80, and only in three of them, there was a decrease.
