Investment Hours in Bashkortostan: heat and sound insulating material production will be launched in Belebey

At the end of this year in Belebey, it is planned to begin construction of a plant to produce a new innovative product - a heat and sound insulating material based on foam glass. The deputy head of the local administration Nail Gumerov informed the Bashinform News Agency on the results of the "Entrepreneurship Hour" session in the Belebey district of the republic.

“Today the Polyplast Company for the first time presented us its project - the construction of a plant for the soundproof material production based on foam glass. The estimated cost of the project is 320 million rubles. Due to this investment project, more than 600 new jobs are planned to be created in Belebey,” said Nail Gumerov. “It is scheduled to reach the builder's yard stage by the end of this year. It is planned to complete the construction of the plant until 2021”.

The meeting participants discussed issues of choosing a land plot and its provision, registering an enterprise in Belebey, as well as issues of co-financing this large-scale project.

The project co-financing is to be carried out at the expense of external sources, including the resources of the single-industry development fund and bank loans.

“We have previously collaborated with Polyplast in other projects. Now the company should register in Belebey to get all the tax benefits and preferences provided by our priority development area. Among them, there are tax holidays and construction of engineering communications at the expense of the federal budget. Following the results of today's meeting, we outlined several issues that we will discuss with representatives of Polyplast already next Monday”, the deputy head of the administration of the Belebey district added.
