Investors are granted lower profit tax rate in Bashkiria

In Bashkiria, investors have set a lower tax rate on the profits of organizations, the regional Economic Development and Trade Ministry reported. The corresponding amendments to the republican laws were adopted by the State Assembly - Kurultay RB. In 2019–2020, the rate will be 12.5% (1% lower), and when acquiring fixed assets a legal entity is exempt from paying tax (with the exception of property derived from interdependent parties).

Similar tax privileges to investors are determined in most of the leading regions in terms of investment volume and investment climate rating, which includes Moscow, Moscow region, Tyumen, Tula, Voronezh regions, Tatarstan, Khanty-Mansi and Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous districts, Krasnodar territory.
