Radiy Khabirov: Bashkortostan will open trade missions in Turkey and Austria, Italy is under consideration

This year, Bashkiria will open trade missions in Turkey and Austria, and Italy is under consideration. The Acting Head of Bashkortostan Radiy Khabirov announced this was on April 9 at a meeting of the State Assembly – Kurultay RB delivering a report on the work of the Government of the Republic of Bashkortostan in 2018.

“As for foreign economic activity, we are at the lowest level for the last ten years. The same is observed in terms of foreign investment. We should reset our approaches in this area. With the support of the Regional Export Support Center, our companies took part in four international exhibitions and business missions. This year more than 20 such trips are planned. We will conduct, in a good sense, an “aggressive” policy to promote our republic, Bashkortostan products in global markets, and actively participate in major international economic forums”, said Radiy Khabirov.

The report on the work of the Government of the Republic is delivered annually in accordance with the 87th article of the Constitution of the Republic of Bashkortostan.
