Several large livestock farms will be launched in Bashkiria this year

In 2019, the construction of a number of large livestock farms completes. The Interim Deputy Prime Minister of the Government - Minister of Agriculture of Bashkortostan Ilshat Fazrakhmanov, told reporters that a large livestock breeding complex “Semeno-Makarovo” for 2,800 cows would be put into operation in the Ermekeevo district, where they will produce more than 22 thousand tons of raw milk of the highest grade per year. There will also be lots for growing young dairy breeds for 3200 heads. The total investment will amount to almost 3 billion rubles. The complex will create 112 new jobs. The founder of the “Severnaya Niva Bashkiria” company is the Russian-German EkoNiva group of companies with headquarters in Voronezh. It was founded by Stefan Durr.

In the Kaltasy district, “Pobeda” LLC is completing construction of the first mega-farm for 1,200 dairy cattle heads. Besides, in Abzelilovo district, the first robotic dairy farm in Bashkortostan will start operating. The total value of the investment project of “Krasnaya Bashkiria” agricultural enterprise is about 420 million rubles. Two new tent barns for the loose keeping of cattle are built here, where 12 Lely Astronaut A5 milking robots will be installed. The investment project provides for the purchase of 800 black-and-white heifers. As a result, the annual milk production will amount to 7.2 thousand tons, with cows productivity of 9000 kg.

“In April, the Chishminsky dairy plant will reach its full capacity. Pre-commissioning is now completed there. We see that businessmen are interested in investing money in business development in the territory of our republic. In Bashkortostan, we offer conditions that allow investors to receive support. Each of the projects undergoes a detailed discussion at meetings in the “Investment Hour” format. Today, the agro-industrial complex of the republic is one of the most promising in terms of investments”, said Ilshat Fazrahmanov.
