It is planned to build fiber cement board production plant in Kumertau

The eleventh resident of the priority development area (PDA) may appear in the city of Kumertau. LLC "Dasyan-Stroymaterialy" proposed its project to build a plant for the production of fiber cement boards at the city "Investment Hour" session. It is estimated at 2 billion rubles. The company will create about 320 jobs. High-quality fiber cement boards will be produced there.

On February 28, the project was discussed at the Republican Investment Hour session, where it was followed by the signing of a trilateral memorandum of intent between the Government of Bashkiria, the administration of Kumertau and “Dasyan- Stroymaterialy” LLC.

At the meeting in the Kumertau administration, a positive conclusion was made, which was submitted to the Ministry of Economic Development RB. The PDA resident organizations receive a number of preferences: exemption from property tax, lower income tax rates (federal part - from three to zero percent, regional - from 17 to five percent in the first five years and up to 10 percent in the next five years) and lower rates of insurance contributions to the pension fund, social and compulsory health insurance funds. In addition to these benefits, established by federal legislation, additional support mechanisms for residents of single-industry cities have been introduced at the republican level.
