According to the prices growth for secondary apartments among 76 major cities of Russia, Ufa ranks 14th. Compared with March 2018, prices for the "secondary housing" in the Bashkir capital increased by 10.9% and reached 72.3 thousand rubles per square meter. Such data are given by the real estate portal Domofond.ru.
In the whole country, a square meter in the secondary housing market for the year went up by 8.8% (an average of 59.4 thousand rubles in March 2018 and 64.7 thousand in March 2019). During this time, average apartment prices grew at a rate of 0.1% in June to 2.8% in November (compared to the previous month). The exceptions were September and October.
The leader in a price increase for secondary apartments was Kazan, where the cost per square meter for the year increased by 17.2%. Sochi took second place with a rise of 14.9%, followed by St. Petersburg, where prices increased by 13.7%. Moscow ranked 18th in the ranking (+ 10.1%).
The first and second places on the high price per square meter on the "secondary housing" are occupied by Moscow and St. Petersburg (211 and 131.2 thousand rubles in March 2019, respectively). Khimki retained third place - 124.7 thousand rubles per square meter.
Among other major cities in Russia, the cheapest price per square meter is in Magnitogorsk - 32.2 thousand rubles, Nizhny Tagil - 36.9 thousand and Bryansk - 38.6 thousand rubles.
As previously reported by Bashinform News Agency, according to the portal Domofond.ru, Ufa ranks 7th in the rating of 16 Russian cities with a population of over one million people on the growth of prices for new buildings. Compared with March 2018, the average cost of new housing in Ufa increased by 9.3% and reached 66.4 thousand per square meter.
