Ufa International Airport increased its profit by 74 percent

The net profit of JSC "International Airport "Ufa" reached 905 million rubles in 2018, which is by 74% more than in 2017.

In 2017, the net profit of the airport amounted to 520 million rubles. The company's revenue increased by 33% compared to 2017 and amounted to 4,859 million rubles. The specified financial result significantly exceeds industry figures.

Passenger traffic reached a record high of 3,241 thousand passengers in 2018.

“The increase in net profit in 2018 was as a result of the growth in volume indicators - the overall growth in passenger traffic amounted to 15%, the growth in international traffic - 22%, and the result of a targeted efficiency improvement program implemented by the company,” the Ufa airport CEO Alexander Andreev stated . “The staff productivity increased by 30%, and the growth of non-aviation revenues was 15%.”
