Chishminsky fruit nursery is granted on concession for 30 years in Bashkiria

In Bashkiria, the Chishminsky Fruit-Nursery State Farm is planned to be transferred on the concession. Municipal authorities are ready to conclude an agreement with the investor for 30 years. The concession fee is offered in the amount of 40.8 million rubles. The condition is that in the first 15 years the investor should invest 100 million rubles in the reconstruction of storage facilities, greenhouses, processing shops, as well as in the expansion of nursery areas. Now they make up 500 hectares of strawberry, black currant, and black chokeberry plantings.

All property of the state farm will be transferred to the concessionaire - 13 real estate objects, 15 vehicles, equipment, and plantations. The selection of the concessionaire is scheduled for May 15, bids are accepted until May 14. Kommersant-Ufa found out that Chishminsky Fruit-And-Nursery Company LLC plans to become an investor.
