Ufa new housing developments fell by 4% for first quarter

Apartments in Ufa new buildings have fallen in price by 4% for the first quarter, according to the federal portal "Mir Kvartir". The average price of an average apartment is about 3.26 million rubles in Ufa.

In general, the situation did not significantly change in the real estate market in the first months of the year. The housing prices have risen in 53 cities out of 69 with a population of more than 300 thousand people though Ufa is not included in this list.

Experts believe that further the prices will be influenced by multidirectional factors. On the one hand, this is a reduction in effective demand and a large volume of supply. On the other hand, it is the transfer of developers to project financing and the rise in prices of new projects. Time will tell which of them will play a decisive role, analysts say.
