Budget revenues increased by almost 10 percent in Bashkortostan

As of March 1, 2019, the consolidated budget of Bashkortostan was executed for 25.3 billion rubles in revenues or 109.6% to the same period of the last year. According to the Ministry of Finance of the Republic, tax and non-tax revenues amounted to 20.3 billion rubles (11.6% of the annual plan). They increased compared to the revenues of the same period in 2018 by 2.2 billion rubles or 12.3%.
The main sources of revenues were: personal income tax - 7, 96 billion rubles (39.2% of the total tax and non-tax revenues), corporate income tax - 3, 88 billion rubles (19.1%), excise taxes - 3,6 billion rubles (17.8%), property taxes - 1.16 billion rubles (5.7%), aggregate income tax - 980 million rubles (4.8%).
The expenditures of the consolidated budget of Bashkiria grew by 7.2% and amounted to 25.6 billion rubles. Of these, 21.7 billion rubles were accounted for social spending (84.5% of all expenditures). Subsidies to budgetary, autonomous institutions and other organizations amounted to 15.3 billion rubles (59.6% of total expenditures), social transfers to the population (benefits, supplements to pensions, insurance premiums for compulsory medical insurance of the non-working population, other social benefits) - 6,57 billion rubles, or 25.6%. 948.6 million rubles, or 3.7% of the total expenditures, were allocated to finance capital investments and road infrastructure.
Revenues of local budgets also increased by 15.8% compared with January-February 2018. Their total sum was 11.7 billion rubles.
