Bashkiria CCI Head: “We will buy products which are cheaper and of higher quality”

On March 22 negotiations and the signing of cooperation agreements with enterprises of the Republic of Belarus took place in the Chamber of Commerce of Bashkortostan. As the correspondent of Bashinform News Agency reports, they are related to the interaction in the field of engineering.

In particular, the participants discussed a possibility of acquiring by the Bashkir side of the Belarusian utility machinery (for the purposes related to the transition to a new MSW collection system), vehicles for forestry, city buses, including on gas-engine fuel. At the same time, a proposal was made to localize the production of attachments on the chassis of vehicles of famous Belarusian brands in Bashkiria.

“This is a good opportunity for small and medium-sized businesses,” said Ambassador of Belarus to Russia Vladimir Semashko.

“We should sell about 70% of our products for export,” said Vladimir Semashko. “Therefore, our task is to increase the volume of products supplied, to increase economic cooperation and, thus, to develop together.”

Note that the Ambassador of the Republic of Belarus arrived in Bashkortostan to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the formation of the republic, which would be held on March 23.
