361 billion rubles will be allocated for corporate programs to improve competitiveness

A video conference on the support mechanism for organizations implementing corporate programs to improve competitiveness was held on March 5. It was conducted by the Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation, Dmitry Kozak, with the participation of the Acting Head of Bashkortostan, Radiy Khabirov.

The Deputy Prime Minister stressed that within the framework of the national project “International Cooperation and Export”, Russian industry and agriculture should ensure the sale both within the country and in foreign markets of non-commodity products with high added value, which is comparable in quality and price parameters to the best world analogues.

“422 billion rubles are allocated from the federal budget to solve this task for the period 2019-2024, including 361 billion rubles to support corporate programs to improve competitiveness,” said Dmitry Kozak.

State support will be provided in the form of subsidizing interest rates on commercial loans for the implementation of investment programs to create high-tech, export-oriented industries, as well as compensation for part of the insurance premium under export credit insurance contracts. This form of support will ensure the availability of financial credit resources for Russian producers, will create equal conditions for competition.
