Export-quality timber workshop will be opened in Karaidel district of Bashkiria

The working visit of the Acting Head of Bashkortostan Radiy Khabirov to Karaidel district began in the village of Aleksandrovka. Here an investment project for the creation of an export-quality sawn timber production plant is being prepared for implementation. The planned investment volume is 10 million rubles. It is supposed to produce up to 1000 cubic meters of products in the workshop after the purchase of an automated mechanical line. Since 2003, a wood harvesting company, Luch LLC, has been operating here. Previously subsidies for the purchase of cutting machinery were received by it.

“Our products are already supplied to markets and construction stores in Ufa, we have concluded an agreement with Lithuania on supplying birch planks for the production of furniture panels. They have already granted 500 thousand rubles of commodity credit to us and are ready to allocate another 3-4 million rubles as an investment. The Lithuanian partners like the quality of Bashkir wood, ”said the Project Manager Rustam Khismatullin. The company is also engaged in the manufacture of prefabricated housing of timber. The cost of one house set with an area of 80 square meters is about 250 thousand rubles.

It is planned to create a similar enterprise in the village of New Berdash. Radiy Khabirov noted that the issues of subsidizing machinery purchase for harvesting and processing wood would be discussed today at a plenary session of the Republican Forest Forum to be held in the village of Karaidel.

The head of Bashkortostan also visited the Luch LLC plot, where he inspected mechanized logging. The director of the enterprise Kanifyan Khismatullin said that they could harvest more than 20 thousand cubic meters of wood per year. Here the head of the republic was also asked to consider the possibility of building a school in the village of New Berdash. Radiy Khabirov instructed this year to start a project development of a new school to begin its construction in 2020.
