Bashkiria reckons on billionth support by SME Corporation

Bashkiria was not accidentally chosen as a venue for the strategic session of the Federal Corporation for Small and Medium-Sized Entrepreneurship (SME) on February 27 and 28, the Interim Chairman of the State Committee RB for Entrepreneurship and Tourism Vadim Utyashev told at a press conference in Bashinform News Agency.

“Today there are 140 thousand small and medium-sized businesses in the republic. More than 450 thousand workers are employed in this area today, and this number is growing every year. We are a leader in entrepreneurship development. We have good support for business representatives, so holding a strategic session of the Federal Corporation for Small and Medium-Sized Entrepreneurship in Ufa is not accidental, ”Vadim Utiashev emphasized. “At the moment, more than 700 entrepreneurs have already announced their participation in the session. By the beginning of the session, I think there will be more of them. ”

The same opinion is shared by the chairman of the Bashkir regional branch of the All-Russian Public Organization of Small and Medium-Sized Businesses OPORA Russia, Lyaysan Nikolaeva.

“Bashkiria is one of the few subjects in the country where all programs for supporting small and medium-sized businesses are being implemented,” she said. “I would especially note that we have a lot of free educational projects for entrepreneurs. OPORA Russia plans to take an active part in the upcoming strategic session in Ufa. ”

In addition, the leading experts of the SME Corporation will talk about the latest news in the field of support for small and medium-sized businesses, and share their experience in the Russian market.

At the upcoming session, they will also talk about the possibilities of the “Business Navigator” website, created specifically for entrepreneurs and aimed at providing marketing support.

Here, at the strategic session of the Federal Corporation for Small and Medium Enterprises, several investment projects of the republic will be presented.

The main objective of this presentation is to get support from the Federal SME Corporation. “We hope that this support will amount to billions of rubles,” concluded Vadim Utyashev.
