Presidential Plenipotentiary Envoy to Volga Federal District highly estimated Bashkiria’s readiness to implement national projects

UFA, 20 February 2019. /Bashinform News Agency, Galina Bakhshieva/ translated by Tatiana Aksyutina/.
The leadership of Bashkortostan has carried out extensive, productive work to prepare for the start of the national projects implementation in the region. It was announced in Ufa by the Plenipotentiary Envoy of the President of Russia to the Volga Federal District, Igor Komarov.
“Bashkortostan’s readiness to implement projects is almost complete,” said Igor Komarov at a briefing in the republican government. “All agreements are signed. Bashkortostan is entering the stage of implementation of national projects. I would especially like to note good financial elaboration of resources. It favorably distinguishes the republic from the other subjects. ”
As the Plenipotentiary Envoy of the President of Russia to the Volga Federal District said, in Bashkortostan, "there are some issues with the deceived real estate co-investors, with the increase in average life expectancy, and demography."
“The republic has specific programs in this regard. We hope that the developed “road map” for solving the existing problems will be implemented,” he added. “The volume of national projects financing is substantial. This year, funding will increase in many areas. It imposes certain responsibilities on the region, and these projects implementation should be started promptly”.
As reported earlier by the Bashinform News Agency, the republic received data of all 12 national projects and 46 federal projects. All the necessary preparatory work is completed on time. Strategic tasks within 55 regional projects are supposed to be solved, said yesterday the Acting Head of Bashkortostan, Radiy Khabirov.
It is planned that the total funding for regional projects until 2024 will be about 180 billion rubles. Nearly 46 billion of them are extrabudgetary funds.
“In general, we do not see problems and risks in achieving targets, ensuring the results set by the federal projects. We have a significant amount of work ahead, and it is essential for us to form an effective interaction between the region and the federal center. The task has been set - we will solve it jointly”, Radiy Khabirov, the Acting Head of Bashkortostan, summed up.
