Ufa Airport after will be able to accommodate planes every five minutes after modernization

After modernization, the Ufa International Airport will be able to receive planes once every five minutes, and not ten, as it is today. This was announced by the Acting Head of Bashkortostan Radiy Khabirov on social media after meeting with representatives of the Ministry of Transport of Russia.

“We are reconstructing the terminal of the domestic lines and taking into account the ever-increasing passenger traffic, we run the risk that the aerodrome facilities may not cope with it. Therefore, the next task is the further modernization of the airfield complex,” explained the head of the republic. “The issue of financing these works is also currently being elaborated at the level of the federal ministry.”

Earlier, the Acting Head of Bashkiria told about the construction of a new Belsky Bridge, the extension of Salavat Yulaev Avenue and new railway lines.
