It is planned to build a cattle-breeding complex for fattening and raising cattle on 100 hectares of the territory of the Pokrovsky rural settlement in the Fedorovka District. The total investment will amount to 4 billion rubles, including direct investment in fixed assets - 1 billion rubles and up to 3 billion rubles - by raising funds in related industries, integration system, farms and agricultural enterprises.
The structure of the farm base will include feedlots for animals, ancillary buildings and structures. The project provides for the purchase of young cattle aged 2 to 6 months from the farmers of private farms, agricultural organizations and growing it on feedlot (specialized feeding platform) for up to 18 months with the further sale. The initiator of the project was “AgroSakmara Bashkiria” LLC, the Russian subsidiary of the Italian holding Gruppo Cremonini. Within the framework of the Russian Investment Forum, its representatives signed a quadripartite agreement with the Government of Bashkortostan on intent to build a cattle-breeding complex in the Fedorovka District.
Kurra Marino, General Director of “Orenbiv” LLC, which is part of an Italian company, said that the construction of feedlot is scheduled to begin in May 2019.
