Scientists and teachers are offered average salary of 18.5 thousand rubles in Bashkiria

February 8 is the Day of Science in Russia. Experts from HeadHunter analyzed the state of the labor market in this industry. As it turned out, the competition among specialists "Science, Education" in the field of science is three candidates for one vacancy. In 2018, the number of proposals from employers in this field grew by 90% in the region, and the number of CVs increased by 52%.

Language specialists were the most in-demand - they are accounted for 35% of industry vacancies. Among job seekers, every third is interested in this direction (29%). Most often, employers in Bashkortostan give job offers to those who speak English, especially the online training specialists.

24% of vacancies in the field of "Science, Education" are offered for specialists in computer science and information systems, 21% - for representatives of engineering sciences, 9% - for mathematicians, 3% for chemists and biotechnologists, 2% for geologists and physicists.

The average salary offered in the industry is 17-20 thousand rubles, physicists can claim a salary of 47 thousand rubles.
