Entrepreneur will provide land to investors for free in Ufa suburbs

In the suburb of Ufa, in the area of Podymalovo, an Agropark is being created, in which land will be transferred free of charge to investors engaged in the processing of agricultural products. It was stated by Damir Muginov, the founder of the “Arkada Management Company” at a business breakfast of the Acting Head of the republic Radiy Khabirov with entrepreneurs.

The Arkada company owns twenty thousand hectares of land in the suburbs of Ufa, near the M7 highway and the western bypass of Ufa. There is a developed infrastructure there, suitable for the placement of various production facilities.

“We are ready to provide land to investors for free, as long as they come,” said Damir Muginov.

The idea was supported by Radiy Khabirov. “We will focus our efforts on creating parks - industrial, agrarian so that investors have an opportunity to come to the finished site”, he told entrepreneurs.

The meeting was held in the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Bashkortostan. It was attended by major entrepreneurs in the field of industrial production, construction, catering. The main topic of conversation was the support of investment activity of the local business.

“We should form a capable corps of heads of local administrations who will talk to businessmen as partners,” says Radiy Khabirov.

According to the head of the region, so far a lot of managerial efforts are spent on solving problems in the social sphere. Nevertheless, such meetings as today should become regular, in addition to the investment hours, where the problems of specific investors are addressed in detail and decisions are made on them immediately.
