Burzyansky tourist cluster will receive 200 million rubles from federal budget

The "Burzyansky" tourism cluster will receive from 200 million rubles for infrastructure development the federal budget in 2021, according to the website of the Russian Government.
In 2019-2021, 22 regions of the country, including Bashkortostan, will receive subsidies for the creation of the infrastructure of tourism clusters. The regions will receive financing of 24 investment projects due to the state program "Development of Culture and Tourism" designed for 2013-2020.
The total sum of subsidies allocated for these three years will amount to almost 21 billion rubles.
“I have signed a government decree according to which we will direct subsidies to create infrastructure for tourist clusters in 22 regions. Due to such state support, 24 comfortable clusters should provide new comfortable hotels, campgrounds, cafes, transport rentals, that is, a normal, full-fledged tourist infrastructure”, Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev said.
As Dmitry Medvedev stressed, the regional authorities should repair existing facilities, put in order communications, ensure, whenever possible, transport accessibility to places interesting for tourists.
As previously reported by Bashinform News Agency, the "Burzyansky" cluster covers the territory of Burzyan, Kugarchi and Kuyurgazy districts of Bashkiria.
The main tourist site is Kapova Cave (Shulgan-Tash) with rock paintings of the Stone Age.
The total investment in the project is about 3 billion rubles.
