Bashkiria social facilities projects are recommended for replication in regions

The Ministry of Construction of Russia recognized the most of the design-projects for social facilities construction in Bashkiria as economically efficient and subject to reuse.

“Last year, the State Committee for Construction of Bashkiria submitted 41 design-projects for the construction of social facilities to the register of cost-effective project documentation for reuse by the Ministry of Construction of Russia. Of these, 35 projects were recommended for replication throughout the country”, said department spokeswoman Anastasia Sablikova.

Among the recommended social facilities are 15 kindergartens, four schools, five schools with kindergartens, a boarding school, a swimming pool, two fitness centers, a skating rink, a residential building, a fire station, a children's music school, a recreation center, a rural cultural center, and a clinic.

“In January of this year, the State Committee for Construction of Bashkortostan sent three more projects for inclusion in the register of cost-effective project documentation. In the near future, we are awaiting the decision of the Ministry of Construction, ”said Artem Kovshov, deputy chairman of the State Committee RB.

According to him, the department regularly receives requests from various regions to provide with design-projects for schools and kindergartens. The projects made in Bashkiria are currently being implemented in several regions of Russia, including the Primorsky Territory, the Chuvash, and Novgorod Regions.

Work on the selection for reuse of cost-effective projects of schools and kindergartens has been conducted in the country since 2011.

In 2016, by the decision of the Russian Government, the formation of a register of cost-effective reusable project documentation began.
