In Bashkiria, this year a republican program for the repair of entrance halls in apartment buildings is launched. Total, there are 26 thousand entrances in need of repair in the region. Today, Radiy Khabirov decided to examine how Ufa is ready for the start of this extremely important program for citizens.
The five-storey house in 80, Gogol Street, was built in the late 70-s of the last century. The head of the house council, Olga Efimova, told the Bashinform News Agency that during that time their entrance halls had been repaired only once. Now they are in poor condition. However, due to the program "Comfortable Urban Environment", a children's sports ground in the courtyard and an asphalt parking lot were built last year.
“More than 1 million rubles were spent on the parking lot, the sports ground cost 2 million rubles. Total, we are planning to repair 41 entrances in seven apartment buildings in our Leninsky district this year,” said Aidar Gareev, director of the housing authority department of the Leninsky district of Ufa.
Radiy Khabirov, having communicated with the residents of the house, entered one of the entrances, where almost everything should be renovated. The head of the region focused the attention of the city authorities on the fact that repairs at the entrances would have to be done quickly and efficiently so that residents would not feel discomfort.
According to the head of the republic, municipalities are prepared for the implementation of the program in different ways.
“Yesterday I was in Belebey where the head clearly knows which entrance halls in his city need repair. The whole schedule is already posted on the administration website. Some municipalities are still getting started, Ufa promised to provide everything by Friday. We still have enough time. But all the works on repairing entrances should be done quickly, during the summer period, given that in the summer we will also pay special attention to the courtyard areas. The main thing is that the quality of work should be also good”, said Radiy Khabirov.
According to the head of Bashkortostan, another important mission of the program is to unite the residents of apartment buildings.
It is planned to repair almost 1,700 entrance halls in the capital of Bashkortostan in 2019, and approximately 454 million rubles will be spent on this. According to the first deputy mayor of Ufa, Salavat Khusainov, the repair of the entrances in the house in 80, Gogol Street, will cost 1.7 million rubles, that is, approximately 215 thousand per each entrance hall.
