Crimean delegation visited Lasselsberger enterprise in Ufa

The Deputy Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Crimea, Mikhail Seleznev, accompanied by Acting Deputy Prime Minister of Bashkortostan Ilshat Tazhitdinov visited one of the largest ceramic tile manufacturing plants in Europe - Lasselsberger Ceramics. Its annual capacity is 10 million square meters of tiles. Over the 12 years of the enterprise’s operation, investments in the plant amounted to more than 3 billion rubles. The company plans to increase the annual production and investment budget by one and half times. New production facilities of about 5 million square meters are designed. Construction and installation works are scheduled for completion in 2020. Currently, the plant produces annually 9 million square meters of ceramic tiles and porcelain tiles, employs more than 500 employees.

In the Abzelilovo district of the republic, another major investment project of the company is being realized - a construction of a plant for the dry building mixes production. The project supposes a creation of workshops for the white cement production with a capacity of 200 thousand tons per year, micro-calcite (limestone grinding) production with a capacity of 100 thousand tons per year, as well as a shop for the preparation and packaging of building mixtures with a capacity of 300 thousand tons per year. As part of the first stage of the project implementation, the volume of investments will exceed 2 billion rubles, at least 220 jobs will be created. The first products of the new plant are scheduled for release in mid-2020.
