Average price of secondary apartment went up by 18% in Ufa - experts

According to the "Mir Kvartir" federal portal, in Ufa, the average price of an apartment in the regular market has risen over the year by 18.2% and amounted to 4.25 million rubles. The national average growth in this segment of housing was 8.7%. The capital of Bashkiria took the 13th place in terms of the cost of secondary housing among 69 large cities of Russia. The average price of the secondary housing square in Ufa is 69.5 thousand rubles, the cost has grown by 10%.

Moscow showed an increase of 10% - with 12.5 million rubles of the average price of an apartment, St. Petersburg by 11% - 8.26 million. The top five also include Sochi (about 7 million), Vladivostok (5.64 million), Sevastopol (5, 43 million).

Moscow region secondary housing has risen in price by 12% (4.76 million), in the Leningrad region, the price has almost not changed: + 0.8% (3.24 million).

Earlier, Bashinform News Agency reported that according to other experts - General Director of Expert real estate agency Elena Andreeva, over the year prices in the Ufa real estate market grew by 4 percent, the average price in the new housing market in Ufa reached 65 thousand rubles per square meter. Prices for secondary housing were slightly lower and amounted to 62 thousand rubles for the square meter.
