Bashkortostan Agriculture Ministry launches "Leaders of Bashkortostan Agro-Industrial Complex" project in 2019

In 2019, the Ministry of Agriculture RB launches the “Leaders of Bashkortostan Agro-Industrial Complex” project. This task was set by Radiy Khabirov in his Address to the State Assembly of Bashkiria. According to the head of the region, "it is also necessary to strengthen the system of agricultural specialists training." For this purpose, livestock farms and experimental plots will be created in five or six large agrarian colleges. Modern equipment and machinery will be purchased for them.

The Interim Deputy Prime Minister of the Government - Minister of Agriculture Ilshat Fazrakhmanov said at a zonal seminar-meeting in the Abzelilovo district that within the framework of the project "Leaders of the Agro-Industrial Complex" young farmers who would lead agricultural enterprises would be trained modern business formats.

Speaking about the plans for the next year, Ilshat Fazrakhmanov noted that a focus would be put on mini-processing. Manufacturers are invited to create small dairy plants, beef factories. This year, 27 agricultural producers have already bought sets of equipment for processing, and for such acquisitions, they are entitled to 50% subsidy, the press service of the Ministry of Agriculture RB informs. The ministry believes that this practice will become widespread in 2019.
