Rosneft subsidiary bought Bashgiproneftekhim for 532 million rubles

The republican Ministry of Land and Property Relations published the results of a public auction for the sale of a 100 percent stake in the authorized capital of “Bashgiproneftekhim” LLC. The design institute “Bashgiproneftekhim” passed into the possession of LLC RN-Aktiv (Moscow), a subsidiary of Rosneft, on which balance sheet all corporate research and design institutes of the company are consolidated.

“SamaraNIPIneft” LLC also participated in the auction.

The transaction price amounted to 532.4 million rubles, according to the documents of the Ministry of Land and Property Management.

LLC “Bashgiproneftekhim” designs petrochemical, gas processing, and other explosive production facilities, as well as facilities related to the circulation of toxic substances and their mixtures. About 40% of the design works for the Ufa oil refining branch. The institute owns an administrative and industrial building, a garage, warehouses, and facilities - altogether more than seven thousand square meters. The area of land under real estate - 2.7 thousand square meters.

The institute employs more than 400 professionals. Now, the research and design complex of Rosneft includes 29 research and design institutes.
