Bashkiria hit top three in terms of officially shown salary - Headhunter

UFA, 20 December 2018. /Bashinform News Agency/ translated by Tatiana Aksyutina/. Bashkiria hit the top three regions for officially shown salaries, HeadHunter reports. This year, 60% of the population of the republic received officially declared salary. Only Tula (63%) and Yaroslavl (70%) Regions are ahead.

The number of inhabitants of the region who received a salary partially officially, and partially off-the-book, increased by 5% (to 29%) for two years. But a completely unofficial scheme of remuneration was used by 5% less frequently (8%).

In the region, official income is valued for paid sick leave and maternity leave, for the contributions to the pension fund and the guarantee of timely payments. In addition, many of the respondents noted an opportunity to take loan proportionate to the salary. At the same time, the number of inhabitants of the region, for whom it is important to receive the official salary, has significantly decreased in two years - from 83% to 78%.

The average salary offered by employers of Bashkiria amounted to 32.5 thousand rubles in 2018 (in 2017 - 30 thousand rubles). The highest remuneration is traditionally offered to professionals from the categories “Top management” (60 thousand), “Raw materials extraction” (59 thousand), “Construction and real estate” (50 thousand).
