New minimum subsistence level is established in Bashkiria

The Government of Bashkortostan has established the size of the minimum subsistence level per capita on average for the month of the 3rd quarter of 2018

According to a government decree published today, the subsistence minimum per capita is set at 8,940 rubles, 9504 rubles for the able-bodied population, 7283 rubles - for pensioners, 8975 rubles -for children.

The size of the subsistence minimum is determined quarterly on the basis of the consumer basket in the republic and Bashkortostan Statistics Agency data on the level of consumer prices for food, non-food goods, and services.
