Bashkortostan mono-cities can expect to receive loans at zero rate

According to the Bashinform News Agency, the fund plans to refinance downward the earlier taken obligations of investors, as well as, to provide loans at a zero rate for the implementation of investment projects in mono-cities in case of state guarantees availability. This issue was discussed behind the scenes at the interregional conference “100 Steps to a Favorable Investment Climate” in Moscow.
The Assistant to the President of Russia Andrei Belousov, Minister of Economic Development of the Russian Federation Maxim Oreshkin, ASI General Director Svetlana Chupsheva were among the participants of the forum.
As the Bashinform News Agency managed to find out the provision of loans by the fund at the zero interest will approximately begin since January 2019. Today in Russia there are 319 mono-cities.
Among the potential recipients are Bashkir mono-cities. First of all, it is the city of Kumertau, as it “has already its own success story,” the well-informed source shared with the agency.
