Radiy Khabirov instructed Gosstroy to finish provisions regulating developer activities by December 18

Until December 18, the Bashkortostan State Committee for Construction and Architecture should provide a regulation on the interaction of municipalities with developers. This instruction was given during a “Construction Hour” session by the Acting Head of Bashkortostan Radiy Khabirov. On December 18, the next training will be held for the heads of administrations of cities and regions, during which they will be familiarized with this document.

“This regulation is necessary so that we jointly and consistently conduct our activities on the territories development. This set of various tools and regulations will allow us to take into account compulsory social infrastructure and engineering communications while constructing residential neighborhoods, in fact it will be uniform standards”, said the head of the Gosstroy of the Republic, Grigory Nevostruev, answering a question by the Bashinform News Agency.

In late November, the head of Bashkortostan ordered republican officials to draw up a register of unfinished social facilities in the region. Radiy Khabirov drew attention of the mayor of Ufa to a large number of unfinished social facilities in the city having instructed him to compile a complete register. All objects have various degrees of readiness; many were abandoned at the finishing stage. The reason why the facilities still cannot be completed and commissioned is not known. Similar work was entrusted to the government to conduct in all major cities of Bashkortostan.
