Apartments rose in price in Ufa

UFA, 10 December 2018. /Bashinform News Agency, Galina Bakhshieva/ translated by Tatiana Aksyutina/. Over the year, prices in the Ufa real estate market increased by 4 percent. The main growth occurred in the second half of the year, experts report.

The average price in the new housing market in Ufa is 65 thousand rubles per square meter. Prices for the already existing housing are slightly lower and amount to 62 thousand rubles per square meter.

As previously reported by Bashinform News Agency, for the first 10 months of this year, 20 thousand apartments with a total area of 1.618 million square meters were commissioned in Bashkiria. This is 10.5 percent less than in January-October last year.

In the structure of housing construction, the share of housing built by the population at their own expense and with the help of loans was 71 percent. Residents of Bashkiria built 10.6 thousand houses with a total area of more than 1.149 million square meters. This is 8.6 percent less than in January-October last year.

Over the same period, developers-legal entities of the republic commissioned over 469 thousand square meters of the total area of residential houses. This is 15 percent less than in January-October of the last year.
