Ufa native hit Top 50 most influential women in world

UFA, 5 December 2018. /Bashinform News Agency, Ksenia Kalinina/ translated by Tatiana Aksyutina/. A native of Ufa, the Chairman of the Central Bank of Russia, Elvira Nabiullina, was among the 50 most influential women in the world according to Forbes. She was ranked 49th in the rating.

German Chancellor Angela Merkel was recognized as the most influential woman in the outgoing 2018. The second line was taken by British Prime Minister Theresa May, and third by the head of the International Monetary Fund (IMF), Christine Lagarde.

As reported by the Bashinform News Agency, in November last year, Elvira Nabiullina also took the 49th line of the Forbes rating, and she was the 56th in 2016.
