Food basket went up again in Bashkiria

Statisticians of the republic reported about the next rise in the price of the food basket. According to Bashkortostan Statistics Agency, vegetable prices went up most of all in a week - white cabbage and onions - by 6.2 and 4.5 percent, respectively. A kilogram of cabbage now costs the region’s residents an average of 20 rubles, onions — 21 rubles.
The conditional top three is closed with millet - 50 rubles per kilogram on average, or 2.3 percent per week.
A week-long rise in prices by 0.1-1.6 percent was observed for apples, carrots, tea, rye bread, buckwheat, sunflower oil, frozen fish, beef, flour, rice, chicken, eggs, sugar, and salt.
For the same time, pork, milk, cheeses, noodles, and potatoes slightly decreased in price in the republic. Weekly decline in prices varies from 0.03 to 1.8 percent.
According to the statistical monitoring, only prices for butter, bread made from wheat flour and mutton — 46, 365 and 242 rubles per kilogram, respectively, remained unchanged in Bashkiria.
As reported by the Bashinform News Agency, the average per capita income of the Bashkiria population reached 28,707 rubles in August 2018. In general, in January-August of the current year, 25,968 rubles were accounted for each inhabitant of the republic.
The average salary, including small business organizations, amounted to 32,478 rubles in Bashkiria. In general, it amounted to 32,257.5 rubles in the region in the first nine months of this year.
