Bashkiria former head is nominated to Bashneft’s Board of Directors

UFA, 14 November 2018. /Bashinform News Agency/ translated by Tatiana Aksyutina/. The former head of Bashkiria Rustem Khamitov was nominated to the Board of Directors of Bashneft. Also, the Interim Minister of Land and Property Relations RB Oleg Polstovalov may be included in the board, according to the company’s website. The shareholders will meet for an extraordinary general meeting on December 14 to define a new composition of the Board of Directors.

Earlier, the media reported that Rustem Khamitov was offered to take a post of the Chairman of the Board of Directors of PJSOC “Bashneft”.

Rustem Khamitov announced his resignation on the Republic Day, October 11.
