Gymnastics center, which Dasha Krutko asked Putin for, will be built in Ufa

About 500 million rubles are required for the construction of a gymnastics center in Ufa at the intersection of Aurora and Rabkorov Streets. At present, co-financing is being negotiated between the Ministry of Sports of Russia and the republican ministry.

“The negotiations are at the final stage,” the regional Ministry of Youth Policy and Sport reported. Details of a possible agreement are not disclosed.

The project of the gymnastics center has already passed the state examination; a land plot has been allocated for it. It is assumed that the new building will have a gym, a certified competition gym hall for international competitions, as well as a hotel and a rehabilitation center. The athletes expect that they will have all the necessary equipment for training, including a jumping pit, which Daria Krutko, a trainee of the Ufa Sports School No. 16, asked Vladimir Putin for during his visit to a sports forum in Ulyanovsk.
