BSC will pay Bashkiria 1.9 billion rubles of dividends

Bashkir Soda Company JSC will direct 5 billion rubles from the net profit of the company to pay dividends for the nine months of the current year. This decision was made by the board of directors at the meeting on November 7. 3,018.15 rubles are paid per ordinary share.

The BSC main shareholders are Bashkhim JSC (57.18% of shares) and the Ministry of Land and Property of Bashkiria (38.27%).

Accordingly, the budget of the republic will receive about 1.9 billion rubles.

BSC completed nine months with a net profit under RAS in the amount of 8.3 billion rubles (a 9% increase for the year).

For 2017 and the first quarter of 2018, the company paid dividends to its shareholders in the amount of 7.3 billion rubles. Of these, the annual dividends amounted to 3.1 billion rubles (about 29% of net profit) - 1.87 thousand rubles per share. The quarterly dividends amounted to 4.2 billion - 2.53 thousand rubles per share.

The annual payments were higher than the dividends for 2016 by 15%, quarterly payments - by 55.7%.

During 2016, dividends to shareholders of the company were accrued twice: for 2015 and the first quarter, as well as for nine months of work. Total payments for the full year and quarter amounted to 4.53 billion rubles.
