Two-thirds of Bashkortostan budget will be directed to finance social sphere in 2019

The main share in the structure of budget revenues of Bashkortostan in 2019 will be accounted for corporate income tax (51 billion rubles), personal income tax (37 billion rubles), excise taxes (19 billion rubles), property taxes (16 billion rubles). Non-tax revenues are projected at over 12 billion rubles. These are mainly dividends on state-owned shares of various companies and revenues from the use of state assets.

The Interim Minister of Finance of the republic Lira Igtisamova at a meeting of the State Committee on Housing Policy and Infrastructure Development said that almost two-thirds of the budget expenditures (128.2 billion rubles) would be used to finance the social sphere.

Recall that the budget revenues of the republic for the next year are planned in the total amount of 172 billion rubles, expenditures - 192 billion. The deficit of the regional state treasury is predicted in the amount of 20 billion rubles. According to Lyra Igtisamova, the deficit will be covered by borrowing and savings of past years. According to the current budget performance, the surplus will be 4.9 billion rubles.

The wage-fund rubles will increase by 11 billion in 2019. It is planned to allocate 45 billion rubles to the national economy and housing and public utilities, 11.4 billion rubles to national issues, 9.4 billion rubles to intergovernmental transfers, 1 billion rubles to national security and law enforcement.
