Bashkiria draft budget for 2019 has been submitted to State Assembly for consideration.

Today, November 1, the Acting Head of Bashkortostan, Radiy Khabirov, submitted for consideration of the republican State Assembly a package of budget documents for the next three years. Earlier, the draft law was reviewed and approved at a meeting of the Government RB. The budget revenues of Bashkortostan in 2019 are provided in the amount of 172.2 billion rubles, expenditures - in the amount of 192.2 billion rubles. The deficit of 20 billion rubles is covered in full by the reserves accumulated in previous years.

“This draft budget is very balanced, aimed at solving social issues. For the first time in many years, we have allocated quite substantial funds for social infrastructure. Our budgetary policy will always be formed to the benefit of the residents of the republic. Each ruble invested should work for the development and improvement of districts and cities, improving the quality of life of people. Next anniversary year we will commission dozens of social facilities. We will continue to build schools, kindergartens, hospitals, clinics, feldsher-midwife stations, cultural and sports centers. We will commit ourselves to this course and further”, said Radiy Khabirov.

In the structure of budget expenditures, all social priorities are preserved and significantly expanded. The amount of spending on raising wages to public sector employees, building, repairing and equipping social facilities, social payments to the population, improving safety and quality of roads, supporting the rural areas, and improving the living conditions of people was increased compared to the parameters of the previously approved three-year budget.

Earlier, at the Government meeting, which considered the draft budget documents, Radiy Khabirov said that the budget should be socially-oriented, and additional funds for its replenishment should be sought, working closely with the federal government.
