Bashkiria will support small business with decreased property tax

In Bashkiria, it is proposed to support the investment activity of small and medium-sized businesses with a decreased corporate property tax – a tax on real estate, which was built during the implementation of investment projects of municipalities. The corresponding law prepared by the Ministry of Economic Development RB was considered at a meeting of the Presidium of the Government of the republic.

It is offered to provide the benefit to organizations that have invested in investment projects worth from 10 million to 100 million rubles.

This benefit can be obtained by 106 projects with a total investment of about 3.6 billion rubles by 2021, which created 2.5 thousand jobs.
