Bashkiria was first in Russia to start assembling powerful Belarus-1221.3 tractor

UFA, 31 October 2018. /Bashinform News Agency, Galina Bakhshieva/ translated by Tatiana Aksyutina/. The first tractor Belarus-1221.3 was assembled at the “Bashselkhoztekhnika” enterprise in Ufa. It is one of the most popular tractors designed for various agricultural works.

The Belarus-1231.3 tractor by the joint production of “Bashselkhoztekhnika” under the license of the Minsk Tractor Plant has a six-cylinder engine with a 132 hp turbo-supercharging. The load capacity of the rear draft hitch is 4300 kg.

A feature of this model is that the diesel engine in terms of harmful substances emissions complies with the environmental requirements of Stage II, according to the Technical Regulations of the Customs Union.

“Belarus-1221.3” manufactured by “Bashselkhoztekhnika” successfully passed certification tests and received a certificate of conformity.

The tractor is equipped with an additional fuel tank with a capacity of 110 liters and having a total capacity of 250 liters, which will allow working without additional costs for refueling.

"Bashselhoztekhnika" became the first enterprise in Russia where the assembly of the powerful "Belarus-1221.3" was mastered. Last year, the company began to assemble another tractor of the Minsk Tractor Plant - Belarus-82.1. At the moment, employees of “Bashselhoztekhnika” have assembled more than 60 such tractors.

According to the Interim Deputy Prime Minister of the republican government Ilshat Fazrakhmanov, the farmers of the Ilyshevo district addressed the Ministry of Agriculture with a request to start assembling of Belarus-1221.3 in our republic. Half a year later, this task was achieved.

“Why should we build new huge factories when we can master the assembly from vehicle sets and deliver these products to the market,” Ilshat Fazrahmanov is convinced.

The main advantage of the agricultural equipment collected in Bashkortostan is that agrarians of the region can purchase it with the help of partial subsidies from the republican budget.

“This year 1,150 billion rubles were allocated from the republican budget for the renewal of agricultural equipment. Until the end of the year, there is a need for another 150 million rubles. About 201 million rubles of subsidies are planned for 2019. All of them will be directed to reimburse the cost of farmers for the purchase of agricultural equipment. “Belarus - 1221.3”, assembled in Bashkortostan, falls under the republican subsidy program terms. Machinery assembled in other regions is not subsidized by the republic,” the Interim Deputy Prime Minister explained. Another important advantage of local assembly tractors is that both Belarus-1221.3 and Belarus-82.1 are equipped with a hardware and software complex for a precision farming system. The complex was developed at Bashkir State Agrarian University.
