Bashkortostan Government discussed budget expenditures for 2019

UFA, 25 October 2018. /Bashinform News Agency/ translated by Tatiana Aksyutina/. On October 24, the Government of Bashkortostan reviewed the forecast of socio-economic development for 2019 and the main areas of fiscal policy. The meeting was held by the Acting Head of the Republic Radiy Khabirov.
According to the Acting Minister of Finance RB Lira Igtisamova, the budget for next year is planned with a deficit of 20 billion rubles: revenues of 172.2 billion and expenditures - 192.2 billion (the current year expenditures - 186 billion rubles).
Gratuitous revenues (federal budget subsidies) will amount to 35 billion rubles, tax, and non-tax revenues - to 138.2 billion rubles (in 2020 it is planned to collect 143.5 billion, in 2021 - 151.3).
Two-thirds of the budget will be accounted for socially significant spending.
74 billion rubles are allocated for republican healthcare, of which 20 billion are for the financial support of the industry, 7 billion for the detection and treatment of socially dangerous diseases (tuberculosis, HIV, mental illnesses, drug addictions), 2 billion (by 700 million more than in 2018) - for the purchase of medicines for benefit holders, including those with rare diseases, 1 billion - for high-tech operations that are not included in the basic program of the obligatory medical insurance.
90 billion rubles are allocated for the payroll fund.
Agriculture is financed by a smaller amount compared to the current year - 5.6 billion rubles. In 2018, substantial funds were allocated for the purchase of equipment and pedigree livestock, the interim minister explained.
3.6 billion rubles are allocated for housing and utility services, of which 2.4 - for water and heat supply.
Since next year, fines for traffic violations will be transferred to the Road Fund of the republic. 1.6 billion rubles of revenues are planned to be received under this article. In general, 18 billion rubles are allocated for the road infrastructure in 2019.
