Mortgage loans number increased over year by 33% in Bashkiria

UFA, 17 October 2018. /Bashinform News Agency, Gulfiya Akulova/ translated by Tatiana Aksyutina/. In Bashkiria, the number of mortgage loans increased by more than 30%. The number of mortgage registration records for the nine months in the republic amounted to 70,448, the Office of the Rosreestr for the Republic of Bashkortostan reported. This is a 33% increase over the same period last year. 52,759 mortgage records were made during the nine months of 2017.

The steady growth of statistics on this indicator continues since 2015. In 2017 compared to 2016, the number of registered construction co-funding contracts increased by 15% and amounted to about 17,200. Mortgage compared to 2016 increased by 11% and amounted to about 78,300 contracts.

Specialists called the reduction in interest rates on loans and price stability in the housing market as the main growth driver of the mortgage.
