49% of respondents consider Ufa to be best city for career making

According to the SuperJob survey, a successful career can be built in Moscow, St. Petersburg and Tyumen. The capital was named by 74% of respondents, the northern capital - by 72%, and the third city - by 66%.

Almost half of Ufa residents (49%) rated the chances of the capital of Bashkiria as a good city for building a career.

Also, the top 10 best cities for professional growth included Yekaterinburg (59%), Krasnodar (57%), Kazan (55%), Nizhny Novgorod and Novosibirsk (48%), Rostov-on-Don and Krasnoyarsk (46%), Samara and Irkutsk (45%).

Omsk and Tolyatti turned out to be outsiders: the inhabitants of these cities do not see prospects in professional advancement there. Only 16% positively evaluated these cities in terms of career.
