Radiy Khabirov made his first working visit in Bashkiria to Bashneft

Acting Head of the Republic Radiy Khabirov made a working visit to the enterprises of the Bashneft Company. He examined a hydrogen plant at Novoil and biological treatment plants at the Bashneft-Ufaneftekhim refinery together with the Chairman of the Board Andrei Shishkin.

Acting Head of the Republic also said that he would continue to build functional relations with major business in the republic.

“Large business, major enterprises form our tax base and contribute to the development of our republic. Certainly, these relations should be functional. We are well aware that they mean jobs, social sphere, development and prosperity of our people. At the same time, enterprises operating in the republic should also bear social responsibility, deal with environmental issues, environmental activities. Over the long years of work, the republic has developed good relations with almost all large enterprises. I believe that we will continue this trend as well”, said Radiy Khabirov.

At the end of the visit, Andrei Shishkin presented the Acting Head a sample of purified water from the plant.

The construction of the largest wastewater treatment plants in Eurasia was completed in 2017. They are designed to clean industrial and domestic wastewater from three enterprises and are capable of purifying 84 thousand cubic meters of water per day. The project cost amounted to 11.5 billion rubles.
