Ready-made business in Ufa: which areas are most in demand among buyers

At the same time, such areas as services, trade and public catering remain the most popular in the secondary market. The results of sales of ready-made business for the 3rd quarter in Ufa were published by analysts of Avito service.

The results of the study showed that in the most popular sphere, in the service sector, the cost of business for the year increased by 29%. In the sphere of trade, the second in demand, the ready-made business has risen in price by 43%. Catering has become more expensive by 20%. However, most construction companies in Ufa went up in price (by 188%) for the year, and the entertainment business more noticeably became cheaper - by 52%.

The most expensive types of business on Avito in Ufa for the third quarter were agricultural companies worth 8.53 million rubles, production companies for 6.67 million rubles and construction companies for 3.8 million rubles.

Ufa was the tenth largest city in terms of the average price of a ready business on Avito in the third quarter. The average price of a ready-made business in the capital of Bashkiria was 2.9 million rubles, which is by 4% less than a year earlier.
